psychology

Psychology is a popular subject in the 6th Form which gives students the opportunity to explore how the social world works.  We also consider the impact of peer pressure, authority figures,  OCD and how people manage relationships.  Through discussion, prediction and scientific theory, students delve into the realms of the mind, helping them reflect on the behaviour of humankind.  Students develop high levels of empathy, emotional intelligence and the ability to step back and consider the big picture.
